Contract: Full Time and Permanent
The College seeks to appoint an Assistant Building Surveyor to join our busy Estates and Facilities Department based at Usk.
The department has responsibilities for all estate related services including capital developments, all maintenance of the estate and health and safety for the College across its five main campuses and its satellite premises.
Reporting to the Head of Estates Development & Facilities the successful candidate must have a minimum of HNC building surveying or equivalent and able to provide a range of technical building surveying duties associated with the upkeep of a large Further Education estate. The role requires sound working knowledge of AutoCAD (and/or Revit), MS Word, Excel and Microsoft Project.
