This position is permanent, full time, 36 hour per week based in our Head Office at Culverhouse Cross.

Managing all aspects of the Development Programme, you will lead in managing the identification of land and property development opportunities.  You will maintain close relationships with land owners, developers, contractors, and other development professionals ensuring that the policies and procedures are implemented throughout the process from inception to completion. 

You will be highly skilled in project and people management and possess extensive experience in land and property identification and purchase.
