Sefton EBP are recruiting to the following post:
Employability Co-Ordinator
Full time, however part time hours may be negotiable
Salary £22-£25k dependent on experience
Sefton EBP has been awarded funding to support disengaged young people aged 16-29 to access employment.
We are looking for a highly organised individual to co-ordinate various projects, recruit businesses, and also provide employability coaching for young people. The successful candidate will preferably need to have an understanding of barriers and challenges around employability, and will be able to develop effective working relationships with businesses, partner organisations, and the mentors supporting the young people. The post will be based at Sefton Education Business Partnership’s offices in Bootle, however outreach throughout the Liverpool City Region will be required.
Post are for Initial fixed term until 31st July 2017 – secondments will be considered.
However we envisage the likelihood of further contracts for the successful post holders. A flexi time system is in operation.
