Salary: £55,000 to £65,000 plus package

A well established, high end bespoke residential development construction company based in central Hampshire are recruiting. With a large and varied portfolio of properties ranging from £2 - £15 million in sale value. Whether it is apartments, housing or retirement living, they pride their selves on meeting and exceeding client expectations at every level of a build.

With an order book growing year on year, the time has come for expansion within the company. Requiring a Contract Manager to work closely with managing directors, commercial teams and site counter parts.

This would suit a candidate with around 10 years plus experience working within the residential development sector.

Experience and knowledge of leading construction teams to deliver high end apartments, residential units, care homes and retirement living.

Construction degree is necessary and ideally the client would like to see someone from a carpentry background and the usual construction safety tickets are necessary for site.

You will be working on projects from inception to completion and in some cases dealing with some sales aspects on sites up to the value of around £15 million.
