Position: Risk and Control Director - Distribution
Job Type: Full Time
Our company client is a FTSE 100 financial services business looking to recruit a talented and experienced Risk and Controls Director to join their Risk and Control division. The successful candidate will ensure all first line activities in Distribution, compliance with policy, legislation and sales quality controls. The new Risk and Controls Director will be offered a highly lucrative and rewarding career with a nightly regarded brand going through an exciting transformation.
Top responsibilities for this position will include:
* Supporting the Executive Director by providing leadership and support with the purpose to design and implement an appropriate risk and control framework.
* Helping develop a risk and control strategy for the Distribution function
* Providing technical advice across all areas of Distribution
Background and abilities required:
* Significant experience of risk and control management
* Extensive regulatory experience in regards to Conduct Risk
* Knowledge of product and marketing operations
* Knowledge of financial services products
