The Company:
Our client is a well-established international company specialised in innovative technology

Main duties:
To be the main point of contact and liaison with our European customer market( Belgium & France mainly)

The Role:
- To advise & support customers enquiries
- To liaise with clients & internal departments to prepare & verify project requirements
- To prepare drawings and sketches along with written and verbal descriptions.
- To complete estimate & quotations based on a variety of materials inputs & construction drawings
- To negotiate with contractors to secure orders
- To monitor progress of project
- To manage customer expectations in a fast paced environment
- To take part on improving processes

The Candidate:
- Fluent in French and English (Written & Spoken) is essential
- Dutch and German language skills as an advantage
- Experience of construction or similar based industry is preferred but not essential
- AutoCAD or similar 2D & 3D drawings experience preferred but not essential
- Tekla experience as an advantage
- Experience within a customer service environment is desirable
- Experience in providing estimation and quotation packages to clients
- Able to work as part of a team as well as to take initiatives
- Ability to multitask & work in a fast-paced environment
- A methodical approach of work and attention to details is vital
