The Company:

Main duties:
To provide an excellent level of customer service and support and work as part of a busy multicultural customer service team.

The Role:
- To respond to customer enquiries
- To process international orders
- To build good working relationships with dedicated markets
- To keep records of the customer specific promotions and apply according to the agreed terms and budget
- To make appropriate decisions regarding scheduled delivery dates and transport methods
- To make outbound collection calls to customers

The Candidate:
- Fluent in Spanish and French in addition to English (Written & Spoken).
- Previous experience in customer service
- Experience with SAP is ideal
- Proactive and dynamic personality
- Very well-organised and able to work in a team
- Team player
- IT literate
