£7.50 - £8.50 per hour after training
Excellent holidays and high Bank Holiday rates
Paid Care Certificate, induction training and DBS checks
On-going training and development, including NVQ’s
A variety of hours are available including; full time, part time, morning evening and weekend shifts. 

The roles involve supporting adults across the North East who have disabilities, live at home and require support up to 24 hours a day to live a full and independent life. You will be required to support individuals and their families and to work alongside professional teams. Training could include: supporting ventilated clients, care of a tracheostomy, PEG feeding and care, medication administration and catheter care. Experience in physical disability, neurological conditions, brain injuries and spinal injuries would be an advantage. 

From your first day you will be paid to go through our accredited training course which includes the care certificate alongside bespoke elements designed to help you provide a world class service.

Each of the individuals we work with have their own training programme which they have often helped to design. After you have completed the initial training you will then receive on the job training from an experienced support worker until you feel comfortable to go solo.

When you start we will agree with you a rolling rota of shifts, this will become your working pattern. Some flexibility is required to support your colleagues in times of sickness or holidays.
