Business Support Administrator - Permanent role - 5 hours per day - Monday to Friday
Fantastic opportunity with child-friendly hours in growing architectural practice in Sutton Harbour, Plymouth up to £25,000 pro rata + benefits - the part-time hours salary is £16,667 p.a.
The Role
A Business Support Administrator is required for office tasks and duties including:
- maintaining a welcoming Reception area and meeting / greeting clients
- ordering office supplies / stationery / printing, scanning, distribution of post etc.
- diary coordination / travel booking / PA support / taking calls, responding to messages etc.
- typing / word processing various documents / electronic information
- maintaining records and updating office database
- acting as Events Coordinator for in-house events
- creating, transcribing and distributing meeting agendas and minutes
- graphic support via Adobe package and InDesign, intranet updates and website editing etc.
Part-time role: Child-friendly hours, ideally 9.30 a.m. - 3.00 p.m. with some flexibility for the right candidate, Monday to Friday (The part-time hours salary is £16,667 p.a.).

The Person
As Business Support Administrator, you will be confident, friendly and well-presented, and act as first point of contact for clients. A thorough use of the Microsoft Office / Adobe Creative / InDesign is required to support document preparation / research / presentations - copywriting capability and experience in proof-reading documents would also be useful as well as:
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- proficiency in diary management with good organisational skills
- confident multi-tasker able to manage own workload and prioritise
This is a permanent role and part-time: Child-friendly hours, ideally 9.30 a.m. - 3.00 p.m. with some flexibility for the right candidate, Monday to Friday (The part-time hours salary is £16,667 p.a.).
