We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join the Middlesbrough Operations Department. Reporting to the Administration Manager, the successful candidate will provide general support to all areas within the Operations Admin Team.

** Shift patterns are a 35 hour week of either 6.00am to 2.00pm or 11.30am to 7.30 pm Monday to Friday alternate weeks (subject to change for holiday cover/sickness etc) **

Logistics / Operations Administrator Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

> Working on the LGV Drivers reception and processing 3rd party hauliers that come onto site
> Manage daily warehouse booking-in schedule
> Post Goods Issue of all deliveries prior to drivers leaving site 
> Receipt of all internal and external stock purchase orders 
> Provide a speedy and methodical centralised filing/retrieval system
> Scan and upload of proof of deliveries 
> Process credits for customer returns
> Support and maintain a good relationship between departmental personnel
> Utilise departmental resources effectively
> All other general admin duties as and when required
> Co-operate on all matters concerned with Health, Safety, Environmental, Training and Legislative matters

We Are Looking For:

The role is for a highly motivated individual, who is able to work well on their own as well as part of a team. You will be required to be flexible, working on a rotational shift pattern, dedicated and thorough in ensuring that all objectives are met, you will strive for excellence in your accuracy of information whilst maintaining a calm approach and an ability to meet all strict deadlines. 

Experience of working with SAP is desired.
