The top responsibilities for this role involve the following:

* Driving increases in direct business for the company's broad clients base across SEO, PPC, CRO, Email and Analytical Methods
* Working alongside the experienced Head of Digital, and focusing on delivery of individual Digital Marketing campaigns for clients across all channels.
* Helping deliver digital marketing campaigns through various Digital Acquisition channels, in particular PPC, SEO, display, affiliate, and other digital routes to market, all with a consistent brand identity throughout

Background and essential competencies required :

* The successful candidate will be an experienced agency side Digital Marketing Manager who will help deliver digital marketing campaigns through various Digital Acquisition channels, in particular PPC, SEO, display, affiliate, and other digital routes to market, all with a consistent brand identity throughout.
* Experience of working as a Digital Marketing Manager to deliver campaigns and sales targets.
* Strong experience of managing internal stakeholders and clients
* Confidence in providing strategies and recommendations
* Comfortable working independently and being able to effectively take on line management responsibility where required.

Main skills and abilities:

* Proven experience in delivering digital campaigns within budget as a Digital Marketing Manager
* Strong skills around PPC, SEO, Display, Affiliate, and other digital routes to market
* A true passion for digital, keeping fully informed of technological and media innovation; bringing new proposals for test and/or deployment to enable competitive advantage
* Excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills
* Excellent project, supplier management and organizational skills - able to communicate with different areas of the business in an effective manner
* Experience of inputting to the development of business strategy and then translating that strategy into a series of deliverables / plan
