Join us as a Curriculum and Learning Lead and you could soon be playing a key role in providing an invaluable programme of education for vulnerable young people with challenging behaviours.

Catch22 include provides an alternative to mainstream schooling for young people aged 5 to 18 years old where multiple barriers to learning have previously affected engagement and access to education.

The role of Curriculum and Learning Lead is to manage a specific educational site for key stage 1 and 2 students and key stage 3 and 4 students with complex needs, ensuring that the education provision is of a high quality and that the students are motivated and challenged.

As Curriculum Learning Lead you will effectively manage a staff team, work within a set budget and maximise resources as well as monitoring the effective use of premises.  You will have a thorough understanding of behaviour management and possess the skills and attributes to implement strategies, lead the team and utilise de-escalation tactics. And, when it comes to empowering staff, creating links with partners or developing the curriculum, again, it's you we'll turn to.

Well organised, with the ability to schedule and review work effectively and balance conflicting demands, a flair for coordinating, enthusing and motivating colleagues and working both independently and as part of a team is also required, as is proficiency using IT and a current driving licence.

Catch22 is a forward looking social business; a not-for-profit business with a social mission. We have been at the heart of public service delivery for over 200 years, designing and delivering services that transform disadvantaged lives and build stronger communities.

In 2014/15, we worked with over 33,000 people across every stage of the social welfare cycle. Our reach gives us unique insight into the challenges facing disadvantaged people today.
