Permanent – 35 hours per week

Housingrecruit.com is advertising for an experienced HR Advisor on behalf of their client, a leading social housing provider based in Liverpool.

As HR Advisor, you will provide customer focused, comprehensive and pragmatic HR advice and support to managers and employees in line with organisational policies, procedures and Employment Law requirements.

In this diverse role, your responsibilities will include acting as first point of contact on all HR related issues, providing remote coaching and support for managers and attending formal / consultation meetings.

Candidate Requirements:

You will have a proven track record of providing HR advice within a unionised environment together with comprehensive knowledge of HR legislation and ACAS guidelines.

Your experience will include dealing with disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, performance management and attending consultation meetings. You will be an excellent team player who can work flexibly to meet business requirements and be able to travel to offices across the UK.
