Receptionist

Tandridge Trust Leisure and Culture Ltd are looking for a customer focused individual to join our friendly Reception team(s) in a busy a leisure enviroment.

The ideal candidate requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, IT skills, and an ability to work effectively and diplomatically with a wide range of people.

The candidate will be required to deliver a high quality reception service by processing all customers through the centre in a friendly, efficent and effective manner. Previous experience in membership sales, dealing with telephone enquiries, cash handling (including reconciliation) are all desirable for this role. 

The post holder must be flexible, adaptable and willing to work at all three of our centres.

At Tandridge Leisure Centre in Oxted Surrey (RH8 9HT), we have two part time positions available.

Position 1: Wednesday's 1230-1630, Thursday's 1400-2230 and Sundays 0930-1700 every week, totalling 19 hours per week.

Positon 2: Tuesday's 1230-2030 and Saturday's 0930-1800 every week, totalling 15.5 hours per week.

Both positions are available immediately.

For the right candidate we will consider swapping the shifts around to accommodate prior commitments/availability. However, working either Saturday or Sunday is mandatory as is working a minimum of two shifts per week.

We also have a part time position available at de Stafford Sports Centre (CR3 5YX) and The Village Health Club (CR3 5XY). The hours are and would be split across both centres; therefore the candidate would need to be able to travel between both centres easily.

Position 1a: Monday's 0615-1415, Tuesday's 1300-1815 and Wednesday's 1600-2200 every week and two Sundays and one Saturday per month, totalling 24 hours per week. The rota is a based on a 4 week rolling rota and would mean the candidate will get one full weekend off every 4 weeks and at least one Saturday or Sunday every other weekend.

Salary: £6.25 to £7.20 per hour (depending on age and experience)
