Consultative Digital Marketing Sales Executive - Remote Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the UK's most trusted digital marketing companies as a digital marketing expert to advise and sell services to small and medium sized businesses. It's a fun and fast-paced environment with a lot of flexibility and a high level of productivity.

Your responsibilities will be analysing prospective clients' (SMBs) campaigns, designing a strategy to help them grow, and signing them up with the plan you've recommended. Our team is the best at what they do - the websites are awesome, the marketing results are fab and our retention is so high we don't use contracts or minimum terms.

This role is a mixture of consultancy and sales, and would suit someone who has a keen interest in Digital Marketing and who gets a buzz from sales but would prefer to let others actually run the campaign.

You'll need an understanding of SEO, website conversion principles, PPC and social media, as well as a desire to hit sales targets. You'll have inbound leads to work from but a desire to source your own as well would be an advantage.

You'll need at least 2 years' experience working for a digital agency or managing your own campaigns and a hunger to always be at the top of your game. You'll be working remotely and will be communicating with clients over email and phone, so it's crucial that you're self motivated, target hungry and ambitious.

The business has doubled in revenue each of the last 3 years, with our client base and team growing as quickly (we are now at 69 Ninjas) so we are looking for someone that gets excited by high growth and is eager to be a part of something. Clock watchers and those who would rather spend their time on Facebook won't work here. We are looking for a motivated and driven hustler.

There will be a mixture of phone, email and in-person communication with prospects.

Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications:
- In-depth understanding of digital marketing: PPC, SEO, Social and Web
- Ability and desire to learn quickly and keep bang up-to-date.
- Organised, confident, driven, competitive and tenacious
- Articulate communicator. Able to simplify a complex proposition for non-techie clients, whilst able to go into detail for clients that appreciate that.
- Self-motivated. This role is remote working, so a willingness to work and succeed remotely is crucial.
- Ability to coordinate with their expert team of Ninjas to put together compelling marketing plans.
- An ability to work cohesively as part of a successful team.
- Experience in Digital Marketing sales would be a bonus.

Desirable;
- Field sales experience. Whilst you will primarily be on email and phone, from time to time you will also be meeting prospects face-to-face
- Car and full driving license

Benefits
Salary £22-28k depending on experience. On Target Earnings £36-60k including commission. There will also be opportunity to grow the sales team further, so there will be sales manager roles available for the top performers.
