Position: Email Marketing Executive
Location: Birkenhead, Merseyside
Salary: Up to £22,000 pa

Working Hours: Mon to Fri (9am-5pm), 35 Hours Per Week

The Company:
Founded in 1967, our clients business is one of the UK’s leading multi-retailer voucher and prepaid gift card business’, focused on the corporate gift and Christmas savings markets. Sales are generated through the internet, their direct sales force and agents.

They are now looking to strengthen their marketing team through the recruitment of a full time Email Marketing Executive.

The Email Marketing Executive Role:
Reporting to the Campaign Supervisor, the successful candidate will be responsible for planning and creating professional, high quality e-mail and SMS campaigns using the bulk email tool CommuniGator for multiple brands.

Principal accountabilities will include the creation, testing, sign off and execution of successful email & SMS campaigns. Maintaining high quality standards for all output is essential.

The Ideal Candidate Must Demonstrate the Following:

• A keen eye for detail
• Be PC literate with MS Office especially Excel
• Good organisational skills
• A logical and diligent approach to any tasks undertaken
• Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken)
• A desire to keep up to date with industry developments and promote best practice in this field

Experience in the below would be advantageous:

• Operating a bulk e-mail marketing system, preferably CommuniGator
• e-mail marketing techniques and best practice
• HTML and / or SQL
• flowzone software
• SMS campaigns
