Our client is one of the UK’s largest distributors of leading branded and own-branded medical consumables to all areas of the healthcare market. Part of the fast growing FTSE 100 international and outsourcing group, they offer a range of traditional and bespoke supply chain solutions to meet their customers’ requirements in today’s rapidly changing healthcare environment.

As their Graduate Inventory Controller, you will join their Supply Chain team and be responsible for reducing stock holding through product and pareto category approach, reviewing and maintaining forecast by SKU, management of inter branch stock transfers and depot stock displacement.

With a keen eye for detail and excellent numeracy skills, you will be educated to degree level and have a good understanding of Inventory Management and Demand Planning. A strong team player, you will have good communication skills which will allow you to create and maintain strong working relationships with key people at each of our sites. You will contribute to the overall supply chain goals and objectives, listening to and supporting those around you.

Competent in Microsoft Office to include Word and Excel, you will have the ability to analyse and quickly breakdown problems, using appropriate initiative to make timely decisions. We also ask that you have a good understanding of synchronised supply chain activities and can manage changing priorities.
