Quality Officer x 7, Homecare

  • 40 hours per week
  • Annual wage of £19,760

Local Solutions Homecare Service requires an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual to conduct quality audits, reviews and assessments to ensure the service is fit for purpose, along with conducting observations/assessments of staff within the workplace to ensure they have the skills to deliver a quality service and contribute towards the development of systems, policies and procedures to bring on-going improvement and compliance.

Previous experience is in health and social care is essential, along with caring and professional attitude and the ability to work in a busy environment, we require someone who is a team player, flexible, organised and is able to work well under pressure. There is a requirement for flexibility around travel to other sites and some weekend and out of hours working.

Applicants must have use of a private vehicle and have access to a mobile telephone.

A comprehensive training and induction programme will be provided.

Applicants must have or be working towards NVQ 3 in Health & Social Care Post subject to an Enhanced Disclosure.
