Who we are looking for

We need reliable and passionate people to join our close-knit team of Support Workers in Redruth providing line of sight support from 6am to 10pm 7 days per week. 

You will need to have experience in general care work and dementia and should be used to working in a residential care home.

What we need from you

You need compassion, integrity and to treat people with dignity and respect.  You need to be reliable because people are depending on you, and work flexibly, including evenings, and weekends.  You also need to be a great communicator, both verbally and in writing and have basic IT and numerical skills.
