(£25,200 pro rata per annum during probationary period)
Based in Chelmsford, we are a leading provider of quality and affordable housing across Essex.
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will manage the effective administration of CHP's payroll and pension provision for employees, processing payments/deductions, preparing reconciliations and ensuring appropriate checking/approval is in place. In addition, you will prepare payroll reports, statutory/pension returns, undertake the administration of employee benefits and assist in the provision of HR related information, surveys and reports.
You will be competent in providing a payroll/pension function and will have knowledge of relevant statutory regulations, including RTI and auto-enrolment. A good working knowledge of IT, including Excel, is essential, together with the ability to produce highly accurate work to strict deadlines. A relevant payroll qualification would be advantageous.
The salary difference during probation will accrue and a backdated payment made on successful completion of the probationary period.
