As our Head Kitchen Porter you will be supporting a world class hospitality team, the main purpose of this role will be the hands-on supervision of the cleaning of food preparation equipment, food preparation areas and the moving of equipment and produce across and between venues.

To become our Head Kitchen Porter you must have the following skills, attributes and experience:

- Possess the organisational skills and self-motivation to work to consistently high standards whilst continuing to meet strict deadlines.

- Experience of working in a kitchen environment in a similar position with responsibility for motivating and leading a team is essential.

- Flexibility of working hours is also a requirement, as the delivery of excellence is not always a 9 to 5 job.

- A food hygiene qualification and possessing a valid UK driving license would be beneficial to the role.
