An exciting opportunity has arisen for you to join a reputable and well established further education organisation based in Birmingham.

The College has created a new role of Partnership Account Officer.

Purpose of the Role:

  • Provide outstanding levels of business support for employers and for colleagues directly involved in employer engagement.
  • Advertise apprenticeship vacancies utilising a variety of web based interfaces. Monitor vacancies, providing initial contact with candidates and scheduling interviews for Employer Engagement Co-ordinators and Executives.
  • Ensure the employer engagement team receives timely, efficient and data and reporting to assist them to meet their objectives.
  • Strive to provide consistently outstanding business support.
  • Provide account management as the key partner to employers providing outstanding levels of communication and support.
  • Provide line management for telesales officers and apprentices.

The Candidate:

The successful candidate will be professional with excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner. You will be a good team player, flexible in your approach to work and willing to support your team.

This role will be pivotal in supporting and ensuring excellent customer service is delivered.

The successful candidate will have highly developed organisational skills and be experienced in duties such as advertising and monitoring apprenticeship vacancies, providing initial contact with candidates and scheduling interviews. You must also be able to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of your work.

You will receive training to ensure that you have an exceptional knowledge of the full range of apprenticeships and commercial training delivered by Learning Unlimited.
