Call Centre Supervisor
Full time: Salary £16,000 - £18,000 depending on experience, plus bonus.
We are looking for someone to join the existing management team in the telephone unit.
Responsibilities include: supervising a team of telephone interviewers, monitoring performance, conducting interviewer appraisals, motivating staff , interviewer training, dealing with general enquiries. The ideal candidate would be confident, enthusiastic, with a hands on approach, be able to motivate and encourage interviewers to hit daily targets. Must be able to engage with people at all levels and strong people management skills are a must, previous call centre experience is advantageous.
