We have a new exciting opportunity, not to be missed! At Appletree Estates we are currently looking for two new Site Managers to join our teams based in Liverpool and Malpas. The successful applicants will join us on full time, contracts and will receive a highly competitive salary.

About the Site Manager role

We currently have two fantastic opportunities for Site Managers on our latest prestigious  residential developments in South Liverpool (approx 12 months) and Malpas, Cheshire (12 months+)

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead the refurbishment of a substantial Victorian listed building to deliver 5 large, high end properties in Liverpool.

We are also looking for an experienced Site Manager to work as part of the team on a multi faceted residential project in Malpas, Chehire.   Set over 12 acres the project includes the refurbishment of a Victorian manor house and outbuildings to create 19 units and the construction of 9 substantial new build detached homes. Each property is individually designed and will benefit from a host of high end finishes.

What we’re looking for in our Site Manager

For both posts you should have direct experience of managing large residential developments, both refurbishment and new build through all build phases. You should also have experience of working with a team of directly employed tradesmen and subcontractors

In addition you will possess a valid SMSTS qualification, CSCS card, First Aid Certificate and have an in depth knowledge of construction health and safety issues.

You should ideally have a time served trade background and have a full driving license with your own transport.
