Young Person's Inclusion Officer

£19,048 - £21,530 p.a. (NJC Scale 20 - 24)

35 hours per week (to include on-call and flexible working)

Fixed Term until 31 March 2017

As part of the Inclusion Team you will engage, support and empower young people to live successful and fulfilled lives in our communities.

You will be responsible for supporting young people to manage their accommodation, engage in education, training and work, and encourage move-on to independent living.  The successful applicants will be committed to achieving clear identifiable outcomes for the young people supported by Dewis and deliver person-centred support.

Please note that whilst this post is being advertised as a Fixed Term post there is a possibility that this may be extended depending upon circumstances.
