Graduate Sales Account Executive - Career Development Opportunity - Digital Content Platform & Apps
Walton-on-Thames
Up to £24,000 Basic (£40,000 OTE)
About the company:
We are a digital platform which lets clients create mobile-responsive content for distribution through our native apps and web viewer. We are looking for a sales and account executive to sell direct to clients in our target markets.
These include magazine publishers, membership and academic organisations plus a whole range of companies and brands who want to create immersive and engaging digital content to better engage their customers.
Our business is creative, innovative and new. It requires someone who can evangelise the the power of digital story-telling. If you are a graduate with a good degree, a digitally savvy with an engaging personality, have a proven desire to win and a passion to make a difference - let us know.
Where you come in:
You will be required to:
> Sell licences to the platform and branded apps across our target markets
> Develop and execute marketing activities through social media posts, blogs and newsletters
> Identify and initiate contact with prospective clients
> Build and nurture relationships
> Be a natural networker with the ability to engage and charm
> Understand a client's needs and solve those with entrepreneurial and creative solutions
> Help generate thought leadership and best practice blogs for the target markets
You must be:
> A native English speaker
> Able to work from our offices in Walton-on-Thames, Surrey
> Able to start full-time in September 2016
> Have a degree or similar
> Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
In addition you should be able to check three of the boxes below:
> Have experience in sales, preferably in technology or software
> Have experience in an agency or other client-facing business
> Have worked in a website CMS or built a website
> Have worked in an online environment
> Have studied a relevant subject i.e. new media, design, journalism, photography or IT
> Be able to display proven entrepreneurial or business acumen
You may have worked in the following capacities:
Digital Content Sales, Media Sales, SaaS Sales, Graduate Sales, Junior Sales, Software Sales, Technology Sales, Digital Marketer, Marketing Account Executive, Social Media Executive.
