ESTATES / SURVEY SPECIALIST - 2 POSTS

Post 1 - based in Carmarthen - Llanfihangel Ar Arth    Post 2 - based in Pontypridd

£35,920 - £40,093 per annum

An opportunity has arisen for two Estates / Survey Specialists based in the Carmarthen and Pontypridd areas of South Wales. The successful candidates will be experienced in acquiring and managing 11kV substation sites including settling rent reviews and agreeing lease renewals, negotiating complex consents, wayleaves, easements and agreements in respect of the location of distribution assets, and settling significant damage claims and customer complaints.  In addition the successful candidate will ideally have experience in the design and survey of overhead electricity lines or other surveying experience, using relevant survey techniques and methods such as GPS.

You will demonstrate an ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers, be highly organised and flexible in your approach to work, and represent the Company positively at all times. An  ability to use bespoke and Microsoft computer packages is a requirement for this role  Training will be provided in order to allow the applicants with the right attitude and motivation to achieve their full potential. To undertake this role you will need to be mobile throughout the South Wales area, therefore a valid manual driving licence is essential.
