We are currently look for a Production Manager with experience and skills in computer aided design for our company based in Stourbridge.
The role:
- Manage new business quotations and design where applicable
- Offer advice and consultation to new and existing customers
- Manage general production on a day to day operations in conjunction with management
-Lead operations to ensure production and customer dead lines are met
- Manage key customer relations
The candidate for this role must have a desire to work within manufacturing and engineering design and the ability to manage and run a small production team. Must be IT literate with competency in using SOLIDWORKS 3D CAD software and also have the ability to understand and interpret drawings, working to time sensitive client requirements and delivering innovative solutions to problems.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Math and IT skills
- Able to work alone or in a team environment
- Good communication abilities
- Able to visualise in 3 dimensions
- Accurate and patient
- Have an understanding of engineering and manufacturing methods
- Problem solving abilities
