Part-time- 30 hrs – September 2016 start

We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic team member to join our hospitality staff. The candidate will be expected to divide their time between the clubhouse bar and assisting with dining facilities. The Clubhouse also play host to private events such as weddings and birthday parties  so we are looking for someone with exceptional interpersonal skills who will provide a first-rate service to members, guests and visitors.

Job Description:

Working in clubhouse as bar/waiting staff member

Duties:

• Serving of hot and cold drinks, as well as alcoholic beverages
• Serving of food
• Handling cash
• Adhering to strict health and hygiene policies

All ad hoc requirements within the clubhouse facilities to include occasional kitchen duties

Skills:

• Personable + good customer service skills
• Well presented, of clean and tidy appearance
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to work under pressure
• Flexibility is key
• Previous experience in bar and food service isn’t essential but an advantage.
