Sales Advisor – Full Time

Salary:        £15,015 basic annual salary, OTE of £27,000

Job Type:   Permanent, Full-Time

Hours:        35 hours per week 9am – 5pm

We are looking for Sales Advisors to share this amazing opportunity with us.

The salary is based on a working week of Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am - 5pm. Incredibly, if all your targets are met, your working week will be reduced to Monday to Thursday 9am - 5pm with NO CHANGE to your basic salary or earning potential. This means you will be paid a full time salary while enjoying 51% of your life off work. Work Small, Live Big.

Our competitive remuneration package starts with a basic annual salary of £15,015, with an excellent UNCAPPED bonus structure which gives you the realistic opportunity to double your basic salary.

Your daily duties will include:

• Outbound dialling for the development of new business leads;
• Establishing the needs of each customer and advising how our service could benefit them;
• Delivering a professional and expedient service;
• Building rapport with customers and becoming a trusted advisor.
