Exam Coordinator - 6 month fixed term contract role

This role is part of the logistics team, which is responsible for the delivery of approximately 30,000 assessments worldwide annually. As well as the smooth running and efficient delivery of the current assessment process, the Co-ordinator will support the Logistics Supervisor in providing valuable financial information.
You will be working with suppliers to ensure that assessments are delivered on time and with consistency. This will involve liaison with venues/centres and their staff to ensure that requirements have been met and appropriate feedback given where required.
Work with Education teams to ensure that sufficient markers are available to service the assessments.
Determine number of invigilators necessary for the assessments and work collaboratively with the team to ensure that they are sufficiently allocated.
Liaise with the volunteer marking teams to ensure that they fully understand their roles and support them in new developments such as onscreen marking and pass mark release.
Deal with enquiries from internal and external stakeholders in a timely and efficient manner.
Work with the Education Services Team to ensure the smooth flow of information regarding exam entry and session set up.
Update communications plan and relevant information so that members, non-members and employers are aware of the services offered and how they can access them
Knowledge and experience
Essential
Strong communications skills - written, verbal
Attention to detail
Dealing with multiple suppliers and tight deadlines
Experience of producing statistics
Experience of working on projects or as part of a project team
Desirable
Experience of an exam environment or education body.
Working in a fast paced environment to tight deadlines
