Salary: £17,500 pa

36 Hours per week

Charity shops are more popular than ever and the retail shops for St Christopher's raise over one million pound per year to support the Hospice. In the last year we have incorporated the Ex Harris Hospice shops into the St Christopher's branded network and we now trade 17 shops across with the Bromley and South East London area.  We have recently launched on-line and are looking to expand on our stock ranges in the very near future.

We have an exciting opportunity for a flexible Retail Managers who has a flair for sales and a passion for fashion! Our stores are stocked with donations, and you will need to have a keen eye for identifying quality items and pricing appropriately. Keeping up to date with current/seasonal trends will be more than a hobby, and you will draw on your knowledge of what's ‘hot' to merchandise the stock in order to maximise sales and know what draws in the crowds and be able to create window displays to rival the big brand high street stores.

This is an incredibly rewarding role which allows you to enjoy your retail career while contributing to overall aims and achievements of St Christopher's. 

You will be experienced in recruiting, training and managing staff and be fully versed in all aspects of retail management including stock taking, banking and maintaining quality customer service.
