Position: Management Accountant
Location: Manchester
Employment type: Interim - 6 months contract
Salary: £250 - £350 per day DOE.
Client is an established Insurer, who has the new opening, to be based in Manchester for an experienced Management Accountant.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well established Insurer as the organisation's Management Accountant.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- You will assist in the management of the planning, budgeting and forecasting processes.
- You will assist in management of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting.
- You will support management financial analysis.
- You will produce the first draft of the Group Statutory Financial Statements.
- You will assist in assessing business cases and ensuring benefits realisation.
- You will assist in identifying and adopting best practice in finance areas.
- You will assist in internal and external audit.
Role Essentials:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
- Proven ability in a commercial General Insurance environment.
- Management reporting experience.
