An Operations Administrator is required to join a highly experienced company which specialises in the exterior cleaning of buildings amongst other services, be it a national heritage or commercial enterprise.

They operate right throughout the UK. There is an opportunity for an Operations Administrator, who is looking to join a small team. You will want to contribute to the company's growth, working proactively and without guidance and have a real drive for results.

Key Responsibilities
- Liaising and generating clear, precise works instructions for the site services teams
- To develop a good working relationship with site services team
- Maintain and report on daily updates of work progress
- Scheduling jobs, advising and managing any issues, ensuring job sign off with clients
- Creating job method statements
- Liaising with clients to confirm logistics and documentation needed prior to job
- Updating the site services jobs report
- Fill out PQQ's and tenders
- Maintain Safe Contractor and Construction line status - ensuring all company policies and procedures are up to date
- Advertising job vacancies, filtering applicants, involvement in interview process as required.
- Liaising with agencies when extra site services staff required

General tasks:
- Support the Managing Director
- To cover team member's duties as and when required
- Assisting with the marketing
- Organising employment contracts for all site services new staff, site services team members and sub-contractors, delivering "company values"
- Taking part in disciplinary meetings with site service staff, issuing the formal paperwork involved
- Preparing job method statements and risk assessments
- Reflection on existing practice and suggest ideas for continuous improvement

- Have the ability to manage, prioritise and respond to varying workload demands
- Proven experience in an office environment successfully working in a support role
- Team player working with others to ensure tasks are achieved
- Excellent organisational, planning and prioritising skills
- Attention to detail with the ability to accurately record information
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Self-Motivated/inquisitive nature
- Competence with IT Systems
- Ability to think outside the box

Salary will be based on experience.
