£18,000 basic salary with commission and bonus opportunities.

HRFace2Face is a new Premium Service which we offer to our clients.  The Service allows us to deal with any difficult employee situations that our clients may face (grievance / disciplinary hearings).  We would then attend upon the client’s site and deal with the matter for them, Face2Face.  

To be a member of the HRFace2Face Sales team, your role is to sell the product to our 30,000 client base. On a daily basis, we call the clients who have recently taken advice from us and highlight this Premium Services to them. Once a client has agreed to pay the additional fee, your role is then to provide a smooth transition into our Legal Services Team to ensure that the matter is dealt with promptly and efficiently.

Skills and experience required:

• Proven sales background including working to targets
• Knowledge of cloud based systems system would be an advantage
• Ability to prioritise your workload, under pressure in conjunction with deadlines
• Possess excellent communication skills
• Good organisational skills
• Ability to present information accurately
• Ability to deal with people on all levels
• Fully conversant  Windows XP, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
