About the Role

As the interface between our client and one of their large key clients, the Account Manager must design and deliver solutions to enhance revenue generation and meet customer objectives.

Working closely with the Account Director, you will formulate plans for strengthening your assigned client and maximise the company’s potential to establish business partnerships across all areas of the business. Developing strong working practices and relationships with all sales colleagues, you will optimise quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction whilst aiming to further enhance and position them for prime opportunities by pre-selling the company’s capabilities and solutions.

As their Account Manager, you will also continuously monitor client satisfaction and communicate the client concerns to those who serve the client. Additionally, you will provide reciprocal feedback to assure the client of their commitment to fully meet their needs.

About You

Tenacious, forward-thinking and driven, you will have a proven record of success and be able to build excellent relationships at a variety of levels within any given business. Highly motived, organised and professional, you will have strong planning and decision making skills and be able to exploit business growth opportunity and enhance account profitability. Proficient in the use of Office 2000 or later, in particular Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Office 265 and Salesforce, you will be capable of communicating effectively via a variety of mediums and have accomplished presentation skills.
