Mae hwn yn gyfle cyffrous i ymuno â Busnes mewn Ffocws, menter sy’n darparu cymorth busnes o’r radd flaenaf i BBaCh Cymru ac yn cynnig amrywiaeth eang o gyfleusterau eiddo masnachol ar draws De Cymru.

Byddwch yn gweithio mewn amgylchedd prysur ac yn darparu cymorth i’r Rheolwr Eiddo i reoli a chynnal seilwaith TG a chyfathrebu'r cwmni.  Chi fydd y pwynt cyswllt cyntaf i staff ar gyfer popeth yn ymwneud â TGCh.

O ganlyniad, bydd yr ymgeisydd llwyddiannus angen sgiliau trefnu a chyfathrebu ardderchog yn ogystal â’r gallu i ddatrys problemau.  Gwybodaeth dechnegol ac ymarferol o TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, gosod meddalwedd, cyfeiriadur actif a’r sgiliau eraill sy’n cael eu rhestru yn y swydd ddisgrifiad.

Role: ITC Support Co-ordinator, Business in Focus

Location: Pencoed, Bridgend

Salary: up to £23,000 per annum

Hours: Permanent, full-time, 37.5 hours per week

This is an exciting opportunity to join Business in Focus that provides first class business support to Welsh SMEs and offers a diverse range of commercial property facilities across South Wales.

You will be working in a busy environment and will provide support the Property Manager to manage and maintain the Company’s IT infrastructure and communication.  You will be the first point of contact for staff for all matters related to ITC.

Consequently, the successful candidate will be required to have excellent organisational and communication skills with a problem solving mind-set. Technical and practical knowledge of  TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, software installation, active directory and other skills that are listed in the job description.
