Senior Show House Interior Designer

Due to expansion a vacancy has arisen for a Senior Interior Designer to lead, mentor and inspire our design team, and assist the Creative Director with the management and development of the department.

The successful candidates should have the following skills and experience:-

• At least 6 years’ experience of high-end residential or show house projects
• Motivational and management skills
• Ability to inspire trust in clients
• A comprehensive portfolio of work, demonstrating design flare, creativity and passion
• Candidates should be commercially aware, with the ability to work within budget and to tight deadlines
• Excellent conceptual design and presentation skills
• Demonstrable in-depth knowledge of furniture, soft furnishings and accessories is essential
• Strong communication skills are vital and candidates should be strong team players who are able to multi-task, prioritise work and have good attention to detail
• Flexible approach and ability to work under pressure
• Candidates must be able to work on all elements of the job from design to installation
