Account Manager

We have a fantastic opportunity for an Account Manager to join the team and ensure a first-class service and fulfilment to our high profile client in maintained. This role is based in our client’s busy automotive site in Coventry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day administration and recruitment duties, managing the site to best meet the needs of the client.

The main duties of the role will include:

• Recruiting Assembly and Warehouse Operatives to maintain the required headcount to deliver the customers daily requirements
• Ensuring all processes and procedures both for Staffline (compliance and payroll) and the client (shop floor operational requirements) are met and followed.

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred as this role can be quite demanding and is dealing with a high volume of contractors.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Good interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• A flexible attitude and be able to adjust to meet needs when they arise
• Strong organisational and administration skills
• Strong computer skills and be comfortable with a range of packages including Word and Excel

Package and benefits are negotiable depending on experience but will range from £17,000 to £21,000 per annum.

The hours of work will be from 2.30pm-10.30pm Monday to Thursday and 11am-7pm Friday. Candidates must also be flexible to work additional hours, possibly including weekends where necessary to meet the business needs.
