PA/Administrator
An opportunity has arisen for a competent PA/Administrator to join a well-established boutique letting agency in Newcastle.
The company requires an experienced PA/Administrator to assist the lettings team in maintaining high standards and retaining and expanding a valuable portfolio.
Essential skills/ experience required;
- Inventories
- Organising property repairs
- Organising 24 hour move out turn around
- Chasing rent arrears
- Liaising with tenants and landlords
- Deposit protection
- Excellent planning and organisational skills are required
- Excellent communication skills
To be successful in this role you must be well acquainted with the local property market, familiar with customer services accomplished in word and excel, posse a positive driven attitude with a desire to succeed. You will also possess a strong command of the English language both written and spoken and hold a full UK driving licence.
