About the role
Balfour Beatty has an exciting opportunity for an Cost Administrator to join our Enabling Functions business unit to work in Basingstoke.
What you'll be doing
- Goods received note (GRNs) input
- System matching of invoices to GRNs
- Remedying invoice holds
- Create accurate cost accruals
- Dealing with supplier queries

Who we're looking for
- Numerate e.g GCSE grade c
- Able to process large volumes of data quickly and accurately
- User of modern office computer applications e.g. MS Office, Financial Software Package
- Pays attention to detail and will see tasks through to completion
