About the role
Balfour Beatty has an exciting opportunity for an Cost Administrator to join our Enabling Functions business unit to work in Basingstoke.



What you'll be doing

  • Goods received note (GRNs) input
  • System matching of invoices to GRNs
  • Remedying invoice holds
  • Create accurate cost accruals
  • Dealing with supplier queries

Who we're looking for

  • Numerate e.g GCSE grade c
  • Able to process large volumes of data quickly and accurately
  • User of modern office computer applications e.g. MS Office, Financial Software Package
  • Pays attention to detail and will see tasks through to completion
