Property Manager

We are a family company specialising in marketing holiday cottages across the West Country and are looking for a Property Manager to manage and grow our portfolio of properties in Devon.

You will be responsible for finding and acquiring new properties for your portfolio, defining the marketing approach for each, and managing the on-going relationship with your owners. Communication is key in this role, both written and verbal in order to build good relationships with property owners, reassure guests and work well within the team. You will also require good judgement in a variety of areas ranging from customer relations to business acumen and interior design.

The role is primarily field-based so you need to be good at managing your own time. There is a weekend duty - currently less than once a month. The remuneration includes a company car, mobile and tablet, on top of a basic salary of £30,000 with OTE of £34,000.
