Position: UX Researcher
Salary: £25000 - £40000 per annum Plus bonus
Location: Manchester or London

As a Senior UX Researcher you will have the following responsibilities:
* Collaborating with designers, product owners, developers and analysts to provide teams with research solutions and key insights that will inform product development.
* Drawing on UX research methodologies, deploying them continuously or tactically as appropriate.
* Planning, coordinating and manage all practical aspects of user-testing
* Employing remote user testing, session-tracking, heuristic evaluation, competitor analysis, site intercepts, surveys and IA activities as projects require.
* Assisting in user-centred design activities
* Gathering research requirements, then scope and propose the most suitable approach to effectively answer the core research question in each case.
* Effectively communicating findings and recommendations with stakeholders throughout the organization, whatever their discipline or seniority.
* Promoting a user-centred design approach by educating and inspiring others throughout the business.
Required background:
- Successful candidates will hold at least 3 years experience in an UX Research role either in-house, agency or consultancy side and they will hold a Degree or higher in related discipline.
