This company is recruiting to add to their young, fun and ever growing sales team working from their Birmingham city office, their team of sales people are money motivated.

They offer Unlimited fitness classes across 8 locations around Birmingham for a whole year for only £30, They also sell Diet plans, Workout Plans, Personal Training Sessions, and much more. This is all sold via their website.

They also work alongside a company who specialize in personal training courses, They have a contract where they generate leads for a government funded personal training level 3 diploma. You will be paid commission on each lead you generate.

They are currently promoting their Products and Services via 3 separate sales teams, Event Sales, Door to Door and Telesales.

Each role demands you to be constantly engaging with new clients explaining their services and promoting fitness in general. You will be expected to close sign ups on the spot, then guide the customer through the sign up process and finally take payment.

The successful candidate must;

- Be able to attend work Monday - Friday between 9am - 5pm
- Be able to travel to Birmingham city centre
- Have a strong work ethic
- Have good communication skills
- Have a clean appearance

All relevant training is provided before you start although previous experience in sales will assist your application.
