Responsible for sales activities from lead generation through the project management process. Develop and implement agreed upon Sales and Marketing Plan which will meet both personal and business goals of expanding customer base in the marketing area. Work with the centre's management and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction and revenue generation, in line with company vision and values.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Serve as first point of contact for walk-in, email, Ecommerce and telephone customers.
  2. Develop annual sales plan with franchise partner or Centre Manager, detailing activities to follow during the fiscal year.
  3. Demonstrate the ability to carry on a business conversation with business owners, customers and decision makers.
  4. Sell consultatively and make recommendations to prospects and clients using various products and the FASTSIGNS Selling Solution System.
  5. Visit prospects and clients at their place of business and conduct site surveys where necessary.
  6. Identify sales prospects and contact these using a 'drill down' and 'share of wallet' concept.
  7. Develop and maintain a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, direct mail and email.
  8. Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow up activities, including the use of a CRM programme to maintain accurate records to maximise potential.
  9. Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from telephone, marketing and email activity.
  10. Develop a complete understanding of pricing and proposal methods.
  11. Complete all paperwork and follow established centre procedures from initiation through completion of a project (ie, Work order, Credit approvals, POS entry, pre-payment collection, artwork approval, delinquent account collection, reporting).
  12. Prepare presentations. estimates, and sales contracts.
  13. Establish and maintain estimate follow up procedures.
  14. Communicate with customers on order status and changes in the production schedule.
  15. Help to maintain an attractive retail environment ( clean, organised and functional).
  16. Support Centre franchise partner or Centre Manager as needed with reports, close-out, invoices, and daily, weekly and monthly paperwork. Ensure WIP summary is up to date.
