Our client is currently seeking an experienced Care Coordinator to work within their growing healthcare team. They pride themselves on being one of the most reputable healthcare providers in the North East and are now looking for the right candidate to join their busy headquarters.
The role:
As Care Coordinator you must be a dynamic individual where your daily remit will include:
• Assisting in the day to day management and running of the Home Care services
• Out of office visitations as required
• Liaising with staff and external clients
• Providing written reports of all incidents, complaints, enquiries etc
• Ensuring that the day to day Care Services are operated in accordance with the relevant Health & Safety legislation
What you need:
• Minimum of one years experience within the health care industry preferred
• Computer literate & proficient with Microsoft Office
• Exceptional telephone manner
• Experience to working under pressure & ability to work well within this environment
• Empathetic individual who holds great interpersonal skills
• Full clean driving licence with access to own car
