Post 3 - Evening Lettings Caretaker (14 hrs)

Core Hours: Monday & Tuesday 5.00pm-8.15pm

Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 5.00pm - 7.30pm.

Additional hours may be requested, as and when required, to cover lettings outside these times.

Grade 15: £7.76 - £8.39 per hour - all year round, permanent position.

The post will involve the following duties: -

• Lettings (including a high level of customer care).
• Site Security
• Cleaning
• Premises Maintenance
• Porterage
• Health and Safety
• General Duties

Any combination of posts could be considered for the right candidate.

For example: Posts 2 & 3 or 4 & 5 could be combined. If you would like to be considered for more than one post, please make it clear on your application.

All Appointments start 1^st September 2016
