Busy Bees Nursery at Sheerwater was built in 1995. This purpose built building with four large bright rooms. Each of these well equipped rooms has access to large garden play areas where our children can enjoy our creative and fun projects.This helps us provide all our children with both outdoor and indoor projects, all geared to the development of play and learning with a great sense of fun and laughter.
We are now looking for an enthusiastic Nursery Room Manager/Room Leader to join our friendly, fun yet professional team. Should you be seeking a career move or have previous staff management experience then we would want to hear from you. Many of our current Nursery Managers started with us requesting career development and that is what we provide very well. The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to think on their feet. A high level of multitasking is essential as is the ability to distribute warm hugs as required.
We hope that our Nursery Room Manager/Room Leader is able to lead from the front, motivate our staff and at all times, ensure that our children are cared for in a happy, safe and stimulating environment. Your team need guidance in order for them to plan, prepare and review the curriculum as a team and as clear inclusion of the EYFS.
No two days are the same. Working in childcare as a Nursery Room Manager offers a fun and varied working day.
