Our client is a local company with a portfolio of approximately 5000 affordable homes in Macclesfield and the surrounding areas. They are passionate about what they do in providing high quality homes, and investing in their communities to improve people’s lives.

They are now looking to appoint a Finance Manager to join them and improve the quality and availability of data and business information, which in turn, will allow them to provide managers with key information to improve efficiency. Working alongside other Teams within the Trust, you will provide financial information and analysis in order to make informed decisions.

With a recognised professional accountancy qualification such as CIMA, ACA, ACCA, the successful candidate will have strong and decisive leadership skills coupled with a thorough practical understanding of accounting principles and techniques.  Experience of managing a team is essential. With the ability to provide accurate and timely information to the highest possible standard, you will have a consultative approach and experience of business analysis and management information and the development, maintenance and monitoring of management information systems and procedures.
